washing matchine broke and called sears and engineer came and order parts and told me that will be delivere after 5 days since cover under manufacture and that is normal time frame. Waited week part never delivered and he ordered all the parts again to be deliver now emergency so will be the next day, never came wated three days, called back again sears they told me again parts was never order, on other side engineer was ordering parts ontime and sears computer is processing order and genarating order nubers too, but some where someone is not... read full review »
