Late last year my wife broke the LCD on her Sony Erricson phone. On enquiring at Cell Shack Northgate we were told that they could repair it with genuine Sony parts so we booked it in. The repair took twice as long as quoted and they had replaced it with an aftermarket LCD in a non-matching matt finish.
