Total scam!! Noticed the $159 charge, was told by "online chat" to download and send in a refund request form within 90 days. Then I had to wait 28 days for them to "process and confirm my request". Then I had to ask for a "release of funds authorization" to give to my credit card company. Now they say thay have changed the refund policy from 90 days to 45 days and I therefore don't qualify for a refund. Nothing but runaround, constantly changing the goalposts. I'm working with the Canadian Attorney General's office, but I will be surprised if I ever my money back. What a racket! read full review »
