I received a letter from National Recovery stating that I owe money to Red Avenue for a transaction that was decline on my credit card. I submitted my Credit Card Statement to National Recovery within 30 days of receiving the letter to dispute debt since charges were accepted. I spoke to a representative that said they did tecieve the information and it does show the charges was accepted and she would make a note of that and the calls would stop.However she lied and I continue to get calls from National Recovery. Tthis started in Sept 2010 every rep I talk to say they see my statement on file but they continue to call. read full review »
