I am a new customer to direct tv and when they sent me a tech to install my dish he brought the wrong receiver that I didn't order. That wasn't such a big deal. He also ran a second line to install a second receiver if I wanted. When I called direct tv to ask about a second receiver they told me it would be $60 for the receiver, plus another $50 dollars for a new customer charge, $20 for shipping, and $5 a month receiver charge.
