We have been trying since July 2010 to get a refund from this company. They keep telling us they will credit our account they will expedite it call back in a week. The people we talk to will NOT let us talk to a supervisor. They sound like Darth Vader and will not pick up a hand set so we can hear all the words they are saying. They were rude and I am afraid we will not get back our refund that was promised. Is there anything we can do? read full review »
