Over a year ago I mistakenly requested the purchase of a computer game from this company. I believed it was one game only but to my dismay, discovered the following month this was an ongoing charge. I have sent numerous e-mail messages (seems to be the only way to communicate with these people) requesting cancellation of this subscription and have never used anything they've offered since that first game.
