My phone is the samsung exclaim, the repairss are on tHE plug in for the charging system, Every time I go in for some kind of repair, the torrance store on torrance blvd, say they cannot fix this phone today, but we have order the parts and com back in2-3 days and it will be fixed. when you look at the shevles behind the service window all of the boxes that should have parts in them, are all m.t ..
