We purchased 9 appliances from Sargent Appliance, Rochester, Mi which were installed in December 2005 (approximately $13000). We also purchased extended warranties on 5 of those appliances through Sargent Appliance. We were not given a copy of the warranty to read prior to purchase but were told it covered everything with the exception of damage caused by mistreatment.
