I ordered the 30 day trial and checked all documents in the envelope when it arrived to see what the cancellation policy would be. No where was this documented. I called the 866 number and was advised that my order was cancelled but I would have to pay for the bottle that has been shipped to my home. I said nope and the rep advised me that I agreed to the terms. I asked where are the terms and he said on their website. I am disputing the charge as I type and have been on hold for 35 minutes waiting for a supervisor. read full review »
