Bought and paid for LG fridge 12/2010. Did not receive until 01/15/2011. Paid for white glove delivery so they would bring it in the house and remove old fridge and remove all garbage. When delivery guy called to set up time, he tells me I only paid for normal delivery to the door only. I told them that I paid for white glove. So I contacted www.appliancesconnection.com and they said the same thing. I had the order in front of me, AND contacted my bank to find out that I did pay for the white glove.
