Thoroughly disappointed with santa-claus.com - I ordered a letter from Santa through this website on December 12th.. it did not arrive until January 14th. Now, whether this was santa-claus.com's error or the post office's error.. I do not know, but the fact is, the company is pretty much non-existent when it comes to receiving help. There is no FAQ on their website regarding "missing letters" or their refund policy if letters never arrive (or arrive significantly late, as in our case).
