I have no complaints. I want to unsubscribe my membership and if I've been automatically charged by credit card for a renewal, please refund back to the credit card on file. No complaints with your service; we just aren't benefiting from them and because personal reasons, will not be able to use any of the benefits. I would really appreciate your co-operation.
