Note I wrote to Skymall follows: Rating -1O - worst customer service ever. I ordered a clock Dec 17, 2010. 4 weeks later I still do not have it. After several emails and several calls I told the representative to cancel the order on 14 Jan 2011. Yes, that is a full month after I ordered it!!!
