I have financed and refinanced homes more than half a dozen times. My experience with Optimum First Mortage was the best. The rates were the best I could find in my online searches and my only worry was that the service might not be up to par with other more expensive options. I can say without question my worry was unfounded as the service with my refiniance this fall was the best I have experienced-ever.
