A package of fresh semen for a dog was sent from Netherland with DHLexpress 24 hr service. The package was picked up by DHL and and sent to the nearest DHL office 10 miles away where it stayed for 24 hrs. No information from DHL and the package arrived far too late to be used. No excuse from DHL. This is the second time DHL has screwed up for me tha latest month. This company reminds me of the russian mail, you cannot trust them at all!! read full review »
