Hello I am Soumya who is also suffering from pathetic service from Axis Bank. I cheque bounced this month unfortunately because of delayed funds. I was the first one to inform bank about this and asked them for an online transfer of the same money as I do not reside in that city anymore. They were so stubborn about not providing any online facility and did not have the minimum courtesy to help me suggest a method.
