I am having problms with Bill me Later, Supposely I had a charge in Dec 2009 for Wal-mart for the amount of 29.45 and In Aug 2010 I received a collection agency letter sayin I owe 95.00/ I never receved a bll and when I called bill m later I told them I had a diferent emailand I moved, and they told me eerything is at this collection agency. So when I called the agencey, I contacted 5 times and told me Bill me later would email me a bill never got it.
