I have reached out to many companies over the years but have never had a worse experience than I recently had with KitchenAid. Horrendous customer service pretty much sums it up. I purchased a 7-cup KitchenAid Food Processor during the summer of 2010 at a local Bed, Bath and Beyond store. I only used this processor a few times when the handle of the plastic bowl broke during normal use.
