signed up for dsl around jan. 25th my install date was changed several times my original account cancelled had several accounts assigned too me due to not being able to get me the speed i requested and i still dont know what speed i'll be paying for right now had 5 different technicians come out to get me connected but failed except for the last tech his name was kim who obviously knew what he was doing because i finally have service which started on or around the 20th of feb. thanks to kim he deserves some time of recognition read full review »
