This company is horrible to put it mildly. I am a real estate agent trying to help a client purchase a Fannie Mae owned home and this is a Home Path (Fannie Mae) lender. 3 days after we were supposed to close we followed up as we have been every day while we rarely got calls back from anyone . They told us the loan had been denied. Denied after the closing date while never being told there was a problem. W had pre qualification - was told all was moving forward when we did hear from them.
