I often walk into the incredible connection with a clear idea of what I want. Staff are usually standing around chatting with each other and will ignore me. Granted when approached and specifically asked for assistance they do try to help, however what really annoys me is the fact that when I grab what I want off the shelf and head off to the till, I'm attacked by the staff in a mad rush to please add their code to the product.
