On 4 June 2009 I settled my Vodacom Credit Card. All was okay. Last week my wife and I applied for a Home Loan. We were informed that I am listed on ITC, with the reason beeing that my Vodacom Credit Card is in AREARS, and I am still owing the full outstanding amount!!! I have spoken to Bongani Dhlaphu on 011 369 2927 and he confirmed that I need to get a letter form the admin department stating that the account is paid and closed. i could not be provided with a number to phone, but only a fax number.
