With a prepaid account, AmeriGas did not fill our tank. This started on 1/10/11. Was told by one lady that we should pay a plumber to drain our radiant heating system so it would not freeze. Gar was delivered that night at 11:30. The driver was very nice and made sure our industrial boiler was working. Contacted the local office, left messages for the manager to call me back. He did the next day the 12th, explained the situation and informed him that we are afraid since we were without gas for over a day that the boiler igniter may be damaged. It is not the 18th and he has not called me back. Cannot recommend them to anyone!!! read full review »
