While eating at this establishment I was served by a waitress who was filthy. Her nails were dirty, her clothes stained & nasty. She complained about her bills being due & how she didn't have money to pay her rent. her name was Wendy. If you ever get this server, be prepared for slow service, loss of appetite & begging for cash. I don't think I will be visiting this place again, and im letting all my friends know about this. This morning I had a 10am appointment to have my Eyes examined. The last time I looked at my phone & it was 11:15 and I STLL had not seen the Doctor.Is their time any more valuable then mine? Had I not shown up for the appointment I would have been charged for the visit anyway.I understand emergency's & such, but the office was not crowded at all. My son went to the dental clinic at UT Knoxville with an abscessed tooth. Having limited funds, he thought that was the best place to go.The infection was so severe it busted his eardrum. They acted like they were going to help him, they took 1 (ONE) x-ray, charged him $150.00 (all the cash he had) Then told him they couldn't do anything else. They had promised they were going to pull two teeth. This is disgraceful behavior from a school based agency that takes a pledge to help people. Shame on you University of Tennessee. If my son gets sick from lack of medical care I may pursue legal options. $150.00 for one x-ray? This has me sick. read full review »

I purchased six pair of Levi Strauss "SIGNATURE" jeans for my husband. All six pair within 2 weeks have started tearing at the back pocket. One pair i could MAYBE understand, but ALL six? Yesterday he bent over (he's a slender man) and the whole rear end split right down the length of the pocket. They were purchased at K-MART and they wont let you return without a receipt. Since they were Levi's i didn't anticipate having to returning them. I guess i' m just screwed out of over $100.00 So much for buying American. read full review »

The other morning on my way to work, I stopped to get a mocha coffee. I waited a short period of time and when she opened the window, she handed me a bag FULL of food. I had ordered 1 medium mocha coffee. I had to wait 10 munutes for a coffee i had paid $2.98 for. i was late for work. The following day i stopped again..this time i went IN the place and ordered. first she gave me a COLD mocha (clearly i had ordered a HOT coffee..it was 26 degrees outside)then they left off the whipped cream & chocolate...not a huge deal but shoddy none... read full review »
