Placed an order today with a lady there who was very rude and inconsiderate. Gave her my visa, order was placed, and instead of saying thankyou or goodbye before she hung up, she simply hung up. I called back to tell her I thought it was very rude to hang up on me as she did, and she started yelling at me, telling me she 's now decided she's going to cancel my order (can you imagine this?), and by God, that's exactly what she did.
