Did not recieve my mortage bill in December, missed payment realizing I would need to catch up in January. Never recieved a Jan bill, was called one night at 8:50 pm and left a message by 800 chase number, called right back but told not business hours. Called the next day during business hours (asked to input last 4 digits of SS#) told at 10 am, not business hours, so went into local branch and showed the loan officer this problem.
