I met with a personal trainer on january 14th, 2011 after work. The trainer went over the plan and suggested that I come in on January 18th at 6:30 pm after I got off from work to do a workout. I was all ready with money in hand when I arrived after work on January 18th, 2011. I even arrived 20 min. early. I waited until 6:31 and asked if the trainer by the name of Jay was in.
