Today 1/18/2010 FOUR MONTHS after I sent it in and TWO WEEKS after it supposedly shipped. I FINALLY RECEIVED MY BAG THAT AVELLE "PROFESSIONALLY" CLEANED AND I"M LIVID. My bag has some white residue on the leather, the cleaning agent they used for the interior seems to have smeared the print. And there is sticky stuff on the handle. I will now have to re-clean the bag I waited for four months and paid $100 to have cleaned for me. Four months ago exactly on 9/18/2010, I sent my 3yr old Gucci bag to be cleaned.
