I won in Ebay an item No. 260712522793, was fully paid to the seller as of Jan.04, 2011. On Jan. 10, 2011, Guaranteed Auto attempted to deliver the car to me. The car caught on fire inside the car carrier before I took possession of the vehicle. When I asked my refund the seller said that it’s the driver’s fault and the car was taken out from his lot in good condition. I won a Ford Escort on Ebay from a seller (goftman81) GUARANTEED AUTO INC. IN GA. which I paid him full before 7 days. He promised to send me all papers including title but never happened. On Jan. 10, 2011, car was caught on fire when being delivered. I never had a chance to inspect or took posession of the vehicle. None in his Ebay Disclaimer mentioned that he sold the item " as is". However, he would not refund my money as he's used to be unfair and deceptive in order to enrich himself. His negative feedback can affirm it, unfortunately, I bidded without reading it first. read full review »
