Following a release from my job I tried to apply for approved flex medical payments reimbursements and was denied. I had not been informed there was a 60 day limit that I had to file for reimbursement. Compensation Solutions, our PEO, will not provide any assistance, even though they recognize they did not provide me with the required information.
