Hello, Now this is my 3rd attempt at the least to get a hold of Frank @the general manager. I have been calling and left 2 messages for you on your cell # from the card you provided for me to contact him. At this point it is ridiculous what happened and to be accuse d of lying I already filed a complaint w/ numerous agencies, BBB, Florida Commissions, and a few tourism agencies.
