I just wrote a complaint on this site about Reading America. I went back on the internet to see more about this company. All i could find was Reading America i page with nothing whatsoever useful about it. no address, no list of magazines, no phone numbers, no place to call and speak with a service representative. I am 'fortunate' that i have this Erica's number on my phone and it is 877-855-4571 EXT. 2020. Good day it is 1/19/11 and I received a letter in the mail back in Nov. 2010 stating that i authorized 6 magazines to be delivered to me monthly and my credit card? would be billed 49.90/month for an extended period of time and then i would get this wonderful free gift from a sister company a promise of money. In this letter was listed 6 magazines that i have no interest in whatsoever so i called.
