I joined screamer Nov 09 at that time it was thought to be great, but Feb 2010 I was billed for three months which I already paid Dec 09.I never received any invoices for this and after querying it with their accounts, they admit it was an error. I requested a credit for the month that was taken extra, but up to now regardless of numerous atempts.They still have not passed a credit; this is poor service delivery and unethical behaviour from their side. I have in the meantime cancelled my subscription because of this and the fact that their internet service is most probable the worst I ever came across. read full review »
