I bought a 42' plasma TV from HiFi corp on 05042008. On 18012010 the picture just disappeared while there was still sound.We took it in for repairs on 28012010 to the Centurion branch.We were told that they would give us a quotation within 7 days.After 30 days I called to find out what was happening.A very rude staff member told me to have patience and that they cannot call the service agents to find out.After a further 2 weeks, we visited the branch to get some answers and wa stold by the manager 'Welcome' that he will find out... read full review »
