We ordered a new line from Telkom. We bought a telephone instrument from Clicks, yet when Telkom's first bill arrived it included a charge of R129 for a telephone instrument! When I queried it the woman answering the phone said I must prove we did NOT get the phone from Telkom. HOW DO YOU PROVE A NEGATIVE? Unfortunately we did not keep the receipt of the Clicks phone, so all I could send her was a photo of the phone together with the instruction manual which made it obvious that it was NOT a Telkom phone.
