I am extremely dissatisfied with HP Shop. I ordered a laptop (Compaq Presario CQ61-140EI Notebook) for R5749.00. First, I was overcharged on this order and needed to call in this error. The call centre assitant (Albert) assisted in reversing the charges and CONFIRMED that this laptop is be available and will be reaching me in 5 - 7 days. HELLO! If only this was true.
