I took my 7 year old son to buy a 4th Nintendo Game for his DS at Hiawatha Kansas Walmart 66434. The little walmart employee acted like he did not want to help my son and I. I asked 3 times if he could open the locked cabinet and let my son pick his new game out. This employee gave us the most prejudiced look I ever seen in my 47 years! He rudely slammed open the cabinet and shouted at my son, "WHICH GAME DO YOU WANT". My 7 year old son pointed to the game and all of a sudden got afraid of this Walmart employee! Due to my Disability I am on very strong medication for Depression and Pain. I hardly remember doing so called business with JG Wentworth back in 2008. I can just remember being swooped on like a Giant bird had gotten ahold of me and took 3/4 of my Annuity from my 4 year old and my self. We are now struggling! That money was fought for by myself and my son when my wife died unexpectedly in a Doctors Care. I just now have a question. Can you legally sign a Contract while being under the influence?
