My car was written off on the 5'th of February. I phoned my broker, which is David @ Rochlin Insurance Brokers. He informed me that an assessor has been appointed and will go out on the 8'th of Feb and will take it from there. I was informed by both my broker and Santam that the only thing that I need to do, is get a settlement letter from the bank.
