We booked way in advance for a short break; our first in 2 years. My credit card was immediately debitted for the full amount of the stay. We arrived yesterday only to find that the hotel is a total mess; aircons don't work, pool is green and cordoned off, room lights don't work - the place is literally almost falling down. They messed us around from 15h00 to 20h00 trying to get repairs done and checking various different rooms to see if they were okay - not one was totally functional.
