I have had my majicjack for two and ahalf years with no problems. At the end of two years I purchased their five year plan. Still everything was great. Then I lost it in moving. So faithfully I logged on to the web site to report it lost in the "lost or Stolen" section, the section only offers a stolen option, so I assumed they are all catagorized in one area, with that I also new about the 20 dollar replacement.
