Hello, I am finding this company not giving out clear information in our getting our Puerto Rican Birth Certificates and the method might seem simple to use but, they are known for dragging their feet on giving out information for the user to use and check . I am giving the Dept of Health in my city for the lack of credible information being given to us as we need. Here in New York city I made a complaint to our 311 services which are a sponsered service to help us here to get information from the Goverment as needed.
