I subscribed to their 9-day free trial offer on 1/6/2011 at about 6.30pm. I called on 1/15 to cancel. I then find that they charged my creditcard for $19.95 on 1/15. I called today (1/19) and was told that it was indeed a 9-day free trial and that the free-trial ended on 1/14. CSR stuck to their T&C that the free trial's 1st day started on 1/6. I may have to file a dispute with my bank over this, even if it is only $19.95. read full review »
