Aggressive and shameless sales tactics. I was not at home when they started talking to my husband. By the time I got there it was too late. They had already told him how 'only the first couple of residents would receive free equipment’. Sales guy purely focused on the free part but never discussed a 60 month contract at $47.99 a month.
