On Oct 29 2010, I called Centurylink to request for vacation service from Nov 20 to Dec 20 for my home phone and high speed internet following their billing cycle. The customer sercv did exectly that, she told me when I get back I have to call them to resume my service. I came back earlier and called, they resume my service. Nov bill showed prorated subscriber line charged and prorated vacation number reservation from Nov2 to Nov20, Manual LATA for both total amount to 40.46. I paid all in full.
