I ordered a pair of glasses - frames & lenses, on 6 January 2011. The store manager, Mark, is the person that handled my order. The initial experience was poor due to the fact that throughout my transaction, he continually got up to answer the phone or to tell one of the other employees something before coming back to me and my order.
