We have had a "nightmare" getting these products set up with AT&T back in September, 2010. After numerous calls and conversations with AT&T representatives to discuss an unbelievable amount of issues related to U-Verse and wireless Internet, and asking about credits and our rebate we are entitled to, we are still waiting to get decent service and receive our $50 rebate.
