The salesman brought only one sample chart. according to him that was their THE BEST product. and BEST Price the company carries. I exited to get the project done and the salesman offer to get it done. I signed the cotract and the salesman realized that he had forgotten the carpet color and SKU #, he took it from my hand and he wrote on the form the color and some Sku #.
