I ordered some text books from chegg.com and paid for expedited shipping. Well that was on the 13th today is the 18th and still no books. According to them they were left at the front door. Just a problem with that. I was at home all day long and was actually outside at the time they claim to have left my textbooks at the door. And I guess the other issue i have with that is that why wouldn't you knock on the door first? And all they can do is say sorry and contact the merchant while my hundred dollar books float around on some brown... read full review »
