I upgraded my service from Digital Starter to Digital Preferred. Two days later I found out that digital preferred requires equipment I didn't have, but would have to pay for, to watch my new channels. No one told me this when I upgraded. I called comcast and after speaking to someone who kept telling me that my equipment wouldn't work (yes, that's why I'm calling) I asked to speak with a supervisor.
